The Beginning of The Big League Find

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at info@thebigleaguefind.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos are appreciated and help us resolve problems more quickly.

Because many of our products are produced in limited quantities, we may not always be able to offer direct exchanges. However, we will work with you to find the best solution, whether that is a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund when appropriate.

The first release of The Big League Find merchandise will be available for purchase from July 1 through July 14.

This initial launch is a limited preorder window, allowing us to accurately produce inventory and ensure the highest quality for every item.

Our goal is to have all orders packaged and shipped by August 1, 2026. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

All Big League Find merchandise is produced in partnership with Blackout Printing, a local Richmond-based business that helps bring our designs to life.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the items in your order, your delivery location, and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Free shipping is available on all orders over $75.

For orders under $75, shipping rates will be displayed during checkout before your purchase is finalized.
